NEW YORK – From sitting on calls with the SEC to observing a partner argue before the Second Circuit, my assignments thus far at Weil have been the paradigm of substance. It is the end of the second week of my litigation rotation, and I have yet to receive an assignment that I felt was menial or “busy work.” The Litigation Department has been consistently busy which translates into meaningful summer assignments that actually impact case direction.
