I funneled into the GM building with a seemingly endless mass of other Summer Associates. As we sat together in the 25th floor conference room, Weil partners, associates, and staff spoke to us with the upmost excitement. We finally made it, and the energy was unforgettable. Over the next few days we would get to know our summer siblings, our Summer Program Committee groups (SPC Groups), and our assigning attorneys—our mentors, support system, and friends.
