One of the best features of Weil’s summer program is the ability to try out different practice group areas. Even for someone like myself who is inclined towards litigation. As part of the summer program we are required to rotate through at least two different departments. Summer associates are exposed to a wide range of matters, not only through formal work assignments but also social events throughout the summer.
