A Midsummer Night’s Dream

This summer has been a fantastic opportunity to explore the world of Big Law. Weil has given me insight into a future filled with excitement, inclusion and growth. I was nervous when I first walked through the doors of the GM building. It seems like it was years ago, when in reality it has only been six weeks. However, those six weeks have been a truly life-changing experience, and I cannot wait to see what is in store for the next chapter.

Whether it was going to a Broadway show or watching a superstar in concert, each event has been an excellent learning opportunity to grow within the Weil community. Every single person I have met has made this process a great one. The atmosphere of teamwork, stability and excitement that resonates throughout the building is infectious. I am proud to be part of the Weil community and make a small impact on the great people around me.

As the summer has hit its halfway point, I cannot wait to see what the second half has in store for me. The mentors and friends I have made already will be with me the rest of my life, and I think those sort of connections are increasingly rare in our profession. Weil is a special place filled with special people, and I am so happy I get to be part of the great things we are accomplishing. I don’t know what the next chapter entails, but I am sure it will be a Weil ride.
